I’m a Friday Harbor (San Juan Island, Wa.) songwriter trying to express my truth. Songwriting is my addiction. Well that and coffee!
I’m in the band Desolation Sound with my musical brothers Darvis, Tom & Scott. Our first album “Salish Rock” on Robo Jack Records is available everywhere. We are finishing our second record now.
Hmmm, 14 new tunes in one month. Can I do that? I’ll certainly give it a try.

I can't play the drums for toffee, so I have software to do the heavy lifting instead. On "Stream On" it's Superior Drummer 3 using the Claustrophobic EZX expansion pack. I use SD3 most of the time and EZDrummer 3 or Damage 1 and 2 the rest. They're all so much fun. But beware; buying expansion packs can be addictive.

Hi Daniel- thank you for your thoughtful comments on my song Every Breath is a gift. I spent my high school years on Orcas. Or as we called it then "Orcatraz" ...How the years have changed my point of view..would love to escape back to Orcatraz!

Thanks for commenting on Clissold Park. It's funny - to me it sounds really derivative, but I'm glad it sounds reasonably fresh to you. My words often come out "mysterious" for FAWM and 50/90 - I don't have time to make them make sense, so I roll into the mystery!
