I'll once again be running my Movie Title Challenge. As many of you know I have quite the extensive movie collection. I have about 1,200 DVDs/Blu Rays (about half are horror).
Here's how the game works; you sign up, I assign you a movie title, you write a song and tag it #movietitlechallenge. No, you don't have to watch the movie or even look up the plot. If you get a horror movie or other movie that's not your coup of tea feel free to use the title another way.
I'll draw the first batch of titles on January 31st and will try to draw titles every few days throughout February.
I think I'm 2-3 on these, but those 2 came in the same song, so maybe I'll be able to find a home for my orphaned 50/90 title "Country Remedy"... a film I recall wondering why you owned. "Alien Country Remedy", "Country Remedy Psycho", "Country Exorcist Remedy"... yeah, there's a chance.
@wacha fab. Don't know the film but it sounds like the kind of film where a girl joins a football team and has to prove she fits in so I'll go for that kind of a vibe
I finally finished my contribution to the challenge. Whew! It took me forever. What a great movie title I was assigned, though, so I wanted to try to do it justice. Thank you @wacha So for "The Towering Inferno", here's my movietitle piece: https://write.fawm.org/songs/16998
Finally, challenge completed! This is one of the toughest FAWM assignments.
@wacha you initially hit me with "Henry: Portrait of a Serial Killer" and then took pity on me with a redraw "The Golem". Well I decided to combine the two titles!
