I'm a writer, musician, and utterly terrible dancer. I currently sing and play guitar for the Boston-based indie rock/power band band the Roland High Life, and record and perform Irish folk music and Celtic Rock/Punk under the name Forfocséic as well. I've also played guitar and bass in a bunch of different theatre productions up and down the East Coast, along with sold-out shows with tribute bands to Taylor Swift and Lady Gaga (yes I'm serious). I'm also fiction writer, playwright, and journalist; you can find me writing regularly at BoingBoing.net and the New York Times' Wirecutter. A graduate of Emerson College and the Clarion Writer's Workshop at the Arthur C. Clarke Center for Human Imagination, I enjoy mythophysics, robots and whiskey, and Oxford commas, and firmly believes that Journey's "Don't Stop Believing" is the single greatest atrocity ever committed against mankind. thomdunn.net
