Liner Notes

Well, this is a noodle that evolved into a nifty little bite of a #soundscape . Been having a tough go of it this month so far, I guess a pillowy town nestled and pink where stars fall down in cascading sparkly showers sounds kinda nice. This is that in audio form. The music came before the title / image.

Really enjoyed way this builds and drops. The crescendos are spellbinding and that trebly melody at the beginning tingles the inner parts of the ears, before rounding out. Very cool production

"mallow town", yeah, that is a good description. About 1:25 the synth really cuts through and wakes you up, but that slightly muffled bassy sound all through really adds to the atmosphere

Love this, I was doing an electronic challenge last month and one of the prompts was 'atonal', this reminds me of the things I heard there, built into a really cool track. I am new to electronic music but diving in lately.

Nice sounds again, there’s something to be said for seemingly randomness that gels together. Makes me want to do something less structured.

Ooh, this is very sideways. It reminds me of something off one of The Residents’ records, in the way that it feels like musical noise, not something carefully conforming to a timid, shared notion of what music has to be. In a good way! Very pretty, and I’m getting lots of emotional resonances - it feels intimately uplifting, if that makes sense. Very nice work.

What a nice instrumental, bouncing around and kicking and shimmering!

I close my eyes and enjoy. You've made Mort Garson very proud.

Great description. The use of the falling synths really do make it feel like being in a town where stars occassionally fall around you.

This is wonderful! The title caught my eye, and the music hits a real nostalgic sweet spot for me. Very sparkly indeed--I like the interplay of all the twinkly and brassy textures.
