This feels like it could be the child of 'The Eagles' and 'Tracy Chapman'. Good story telling and as @brownium says, keeps you engaged all the way through.

Really dig your sound. Long song, but kept me feeling good all the way through. The big build and long tail to the end give it just what it needs. And hey - I'm a dumbass, too!
