Nice meditation on the power of “the now”. Having experienced a lot of loss the past few years, I have tried to embrace a more positive outlook and to share tha5 with others. Not always easy, but worth the effort.

"You will arrive at the sea anyway." Good thought. I'm old in years but not that "creeky" yet, and certainly in no hurry to get there. I wish I could be more of a "calm reflection," though.
