FAWM Wrap-up: thanks for all the comments. I've still got to go listen to more songs before March ends, and leave more comments!

I'm half of the folk/acoustic singer/songwriter/storyteller duo, Dan & Faith. We perform our original songs as we travel across the US. I play guitar, banjo and harmonica, and also enjoy singing a cappella.

We call our music dream-inspired folk, as we get some of the imagery from what we capture of our dreams upon waking. For many years we hosted a songwriter showcase in central Massachusetts that included song prompts chosen by the audience (they chose the prompt for the next month's show). Each performer brought a new song on the same prompt. As we hosted these shows, we each wrote new songs every month. The showcase ended as the pandemic took hold, though we may revive it in our Upper Valley (NH/VT border area) in the future.

I'm also a photographer, mainly focusing on nature, wildlife and scenic images, but also have done photo shoots, both posed and live performance, for musicians. My photos grace our album covers and liner notes, and have done the same for other musicians.

The recordings for this FAWM are all single-take, iPhone recordings. We will be out on tour for the second half of the month, so using the home studio won’t be possible, so might as well do all of them on the phone.
