Hey, this is the place. It's a pretty big house. The Little Nestucca river oxbows around the front. There are some swimming holes and a little waterfall, plenty of room for camping in addition to the house. Probably wouldn't want more than 25 people down there, though. It's not available May 20. It's about 7 miles inland from 101, and 10 miles from Pacific City and Neskowin

NI stuff *mostly* breaks down into three types: synths, EDM collections, and sampled instruments. There's some overlap...and there's a bunch of effects. I kind of got sucked into it by buying one of their products and then being seduced by crossgrades.

It's not cheap, but I save by not buying many physical guitars. 😀 The bigger problem is finding time to learn how it all works.

Thanks for the comment on Morning Zombies. I got a chance to try this at a filk circle on Saturday and had to do an extended break before the last verse while people were chanting 'braiiiiiins' so that is more evidence that it works :).
