Glad you liked my Obsolete song. My wife has no such sentimental value foe objects. When they have been superseded they get sold second hand on a local website for a few Euros. 🙃
Thanks for your perceptive comment, its very much appreciated. It occured to me quite late that it would work as a rap battle and then it occured to me even later to turn it into a rap drama. I did a brief scout on the internet if something like this has been attempted before but I couldn't find one.
I've posted my political song on the #dated prompt. It began with one idea and ended with another as these things sometimes do. I'm intrigued as to what you will make of it.
So glad you like the vocal arrangement on This Is Now (gonna be lots of songs with that title!) - I threw it all together, but it kinda proves to me that I often mess around far too much. The time constraints are really working for me.
Well, I'm a left-leaning poet and I've got some political poems, so I'd like to try my hand at a political song! Hopefully, a political prompt will come up, but I'm not expecting it so I'll have to try to put one in via some lyrical subterfuge!
