Looking back in the archives, I started FAWM in 2007 just out of college at UW-Oshkosh. Some friends had heard about this crazy idea that some Madison folks had come up with.. Loved it. Bunch of us even had a FAWM over party that year. Did it again in 2008, and finally joined the official site in 2009.

Life is crazy at the moment, so I can't spend as much time listening as I'd like. I hope that changes in future years, because I love the community aspect of FAWM and want to engage in a bigger way. Thanks for spending some time here and listening to my tunes - I'll do my best to return the favor!

Very cool on all accounts. I did not run in HS or college but did run in NYC with a running club for a good number of years. I loved that. I've done a few XC ski races, the Vasa Loppet in MI and a few others. All skate skiing. I grew up an alpine ski racer but I thoroughly enjoy sliding around on skate skis.

Vermont was not having a great ski season until the past few weeks. I'm looking forward to making the most of it, mostly alpine skiing though. I've never been to Madison but everything I hear about is awesome.

Your music is awesome btw. Really great stuff...

Hi there...I was just checking out your SoundCloud page and website. Says you are a distance runner and a skier...I've got a bit of a history in both those things. Are you an alpine or nordic skier?

Love your music btw. Been listening to a bit more. Some while I was driving on a long distance trip so I couldn't comment.

Last month I had to wash the dishes and figured I could take that opportunitie to listen to fawmers production. But my wife was nearby and she is easely annoyed by music so I knew I had to pick something pretty envoyable and creative. And sweet, because we were both tired.
That's why I picked you and my wife like your work. I'm sorry I didn't comment that night, but it's because of the dishes washing foam.

Thanks for trying out "Cassidy's Song". At 30 seconds, it's a bit of a throw away. Cassidy told her mother that the song needs to be longer. I replied that Cassidy had to give me more ideas about what to include in an extended version. I'm waiting for direction from a 5-year old.
