Resolution (SHADE Ending Track)

Liner Notes

I don't usually do instrumental stuff for FAWM but I'm finishing up a video game I'm writing tracks for and needed to prioritize this (although frankly I can't wait to move on to something else, god help me).
This is the second to last one needed (the game ending track). We'll see if they accept it or not 🤞
If you're curious about the game you can play the demo or watch the trailer here: https://store.steampowered.com/app/1461150/Shade/

Very cool. Seems to fit the game's aesthetic wonderfully, so I hope they accept it!

Very smooth. Well made. How nice you could make music for a game!

I mean, it's phenomenal, pun intended.

The game looks great, and this seems like a great fit for the art and animation style. Very carefully done as always, Sarah. Great work, good luck with the rest of the score!

Congrats on landing a gig making video game music! This is very different from your other stuff, but I love it all the same, so smooth and ethereal. Feels like warm blankets lulling you softly to sleep. Great job!

I can feel the scene shifting and the credits starting to roll...hope they accept it!

It’s a very calming resolution, but it hints of the tough journey to get there. I feel like it’s telling me that I can take a deep breath, because the sun is about to come out.

Sounds great! Also love the music on the game trailer.

Big fan of VGM here ... sometimes I write it (but for imaginary games).

So cool to see a fellow game composer on here! This has a great almost-nostalgic memory vibe, excellent for an end track. I almost didn't want it to end. Hope they take it!
