I've been watching too much of the bachelor and honestly, this is pretty much just a song written by my projection of the contestants (the book reference is an actual book on how to win the bachelor that's kind of an open secret in the cast.) Reality tv has become my escape lol.

The solo is electric bass through soundtoys little alter boy, it's my favorite plugin at the moment

Sheesh, that’s some sweet sloooow jams and loooow end!
It’s got vibes all over it, and nice use of ‘kidnapper’ vocals, totally suits the sleazy feels. Great vocal hook, defs an ear worm there.
This is by far the most productive thing to have ever come from The Bachelor.

I’m imagining the players all listening to this song the night before production begins. They have sunglasses on, they’re in a contemplative groove.

Your bass line is insane, the production divine. I really love the lyrics and the dance between the lower and upper voices. I eventually really got lost just listening and enjoying and not even thinking about focal points.

The Bass is so smooth in this song. I like the sharp sound on your guitar, it adds to the expansive sounding space this song exists in. I really like it, and as someone who also uses the Bachelor universe for escapism, the background information makes this song that much better. Thanks for sharing. 🐸

That's an awesome groove! Chorus hook is great. That's a slick bass solo. The last phrase out of it is dope. Again though, that groove is lit. I can't reiterate that enough.

Mmm this has some stoner rnb-cum-trip-hop vibes. Some many cool disorientating production flourishes here. Also a big fan of the bass solo, that's one of my favourite plug-ins too albeit I haven't used it on a bass! This lyrics, YESSSS! "tryna get a big cookie gonna take it to my grave". I love the fever dream quality this song has a feeling of. The vocal effects, trippy melody really stamps this one with a vibe. Bass solo is such a smooth one, really nice work on this song!
