How I got here. I really don't know. Things just happened. Had a few initial ideas and went looking in to samples. Ended up purchasing samples from Splice. Had to do quite a lote of chopping to get it to fit in this rhythm perfectly. Also had the worst time of creating chords, but it was also so satisfying. I might have to confess that I had Bonobo in mind when mixing this, one of my favourite artists.

Peruspulssin antava sample imaisi hyvin mukaan ja kantoi hyvin tämän modernin afrobeat kokemuksen läpi. Täähän ois voinut olla huomattavasti pidempikin.

I have no idea what is going on here but it works together so well. One of the freshest songs I heard this FAWM. And yes I understand why this reminds me if Bonobo (I love their stuff its so trippy!)

You are a musical genius!
I just did not know that Finland stretches all the way down to Soweto.
Rhythms are perfect and sound just in place and the dynamic is just about right giving that little tension that makes things interesting.
Well done my friend. Thanks 🙏

Wow, loved this. So much movement. The low end on this feels really, really good - something I tend to struggle with so I'm listening and taking notes :)

Those soft pads coming in was a revelation. Nice changes. Reminds me of latter Sting or Peter Gabriel (the rhythm and instrumentation). Kudos.
