The mirror is a still, clear lake
The world above begins to take shape
Trees stretch high, the sky bends low,
A perfect twin in the glow of the water below

But deeper still, beyond the glass,
Lie truths I never thought would last
A fractured self, feeling blue
The parts of me I never knew.

The ripples come, the image blurs
A dance of light, a world that stirs.
Real and imagined start to align
