Memories of Stonehenge

Liner Notes

Thank you very much @orinthebard for the challenge. The link is https://write.fawm.org/forums/3001#c81166
I've received several cards but I've chosen one of them: "Ancient Ruins" which took me back to the time when we visited Stonehenge. Since then I lost some of very dear and unique to me people including the once I visited this amazing place. So, another nostalgic piece. Thank you for listening and for sharing with me your thoughts. Please let me know if you would like to collaborate on the new version of this music. I can imagine lyrics /spoken word but you might have other thoughts. I'm always interested in hearing them.

Beautiful and very evocative. I've never been able to visit Stonehenge (but would love to) - from what I have seen of it this music seems very fitting.

Thank you for participating in the challenge! The slow insistent rhythm of the keys definitely calls to mind the standing stones. Beautiful.

USA guy, but I've been there several times--once in college, and, I think, 3 other times with wife, then oldest son, then son #2. Such a cool place--and this song definitely would be what I'd want playing in the background if I ever visit again. OOh...that phrase "if I ever visit again..." with this in the background. Talk about setting a mood... ❤️

This is beautiful. On top of the steady rhythm, I am getting a patient, open-air feeling from it, which of course fits the chosen topic.

Very atmospheric piece. Back in the late 70s I used to attend the free festivals held at Stonehenge, every summer....till Mrs Thatcher's Govt outlawed them. Joy and creation were anathemas to the Iron Lady.
