Another bit of surf rock joy. Some fun little mix-ups here... It's in Am, but I work in the harmonic minor scale here and there, and just when you think that V7 is gonna resolve back to the i, BOOM. We're going to A major, y'all! Buckle in! But only for 4 bars.

Just a fun little single take bit, where it's fun the leave in the little mistakes and call it "organic". The riff is written, but most of the rest is just improv with whatever felt rightish. And since it's surf, it sounds familiar, because there are like 5 surf songs that just get copied forever, and they're all great.

And the title is because it was a full moon a couple of days ago, and it was too bright, so I wanted to beat it up. Take that moon!

Quick production note: drums by Beats Buddy (https://beatsbuddy.bandcamp.com/). I didn't have a drum loop I liked, and I didn't feel like building one, but I went out to YouTube, found one that fit, bought it off his bandcamp page, and now we have a song. It's ALMOST a collab, right? Hooray for supporting the community!
