The Light Seer’s Tarot Guidebook, page 32 is about the Chariot card. In reading the narrative, what jumped out at me was the way the Chariot card was equivalent to the word “express” in two different meanings. First, the universe was giving you a chance to be a better expression of your essential nature. Second, the forward movement of the express train can be seen as the industrial-age equivalent of the chariot.
I set out to write a song based on these ideas. At skirmish time, this is one verse and chorus.
