Well, if it is a song about a slovenly housemate then it's also the best song ever written on the subject (small field, I know). I love how the vagueness means it can pass itself off as a breakup song anyway. I was getting some awesome Jenny Lewis vibes, the production is super clean, amazing vocal and I love the synth arp thing in the intro and choruses. Fab track!

Wow, as others have said awesome production and I love the tone of your voice. Sounds radio ready to me! Theres something really pleasing to the ear about the flow of the verses too, the first half of them with the rhyming just runs off the tongue. Especially like the ‘you know what they say.. horse to water’ lines

This is a very different track to the last one take indie track!
The sequenced bits are a nice touch and makes the break at around 1:20 sound stripped back before introducing everything back for the chorus.
Great vocals again. Really lovely track. Enjoyed it a lot.

I love the vibe of this. That synth ear candy arpeggio that goes off during the chorus is an especially nice touch. I like how you kept the lyrics open while also having clear storytelling.

Nice cadence to it, even though the subject matter appears to be a failing relationship, the song draws you along gently. (I don't need to know the details of the subject to know that this is a great sound).

Ah yiss your indie-pop sound is so pleasing to my ears. If I heard this on the radio, my assumption would be it was about a relationship with someone who didn't contribute and made the singer feel stifled. But now I'm like... it could be about anything 🤔
