Liner Notes

#slothcore #instrumental #ambientish

In this story, something non-slothy happens repeatedly, followed by increasingly vigorous sloth reactions.

Technically, I was attempting to combine the illusion of movement with the reality of not much happening. (Filters, panning, automation, delay....)

Ooh, nice textures. I love it when the vocally sounds come in. And those ones that sound slowed down where you can hear the slowed vibrations. Cool. I wonder if I'll get around to doing slothcore this year...

I certainly has a plodding tempo that you can imagine a sloth reacting to a stressful situation. I'm glad I read the liner notes after it, otherwise I would just been imagining the sloth from zootopia the whole way through.

It is a nice listen, it feels very tense but in a manageable way.

This feels like I'm floating through space trying to avoid the eye of an evil machine searching for me, picking my way through the rubble of my broken down spaceship and occasionally looking at the Earth below. Really cool sound with such few elements, nice job!

This is the first year I won’t be able to do sloth so I will just listen instead! I think this is good slothcore! I can see him plodding along at his own pace! Very nice chilled piece!

The use of space in this is really nice, I like the way melody slowly escapes from the void. The gradual development of tones, and timbres is really engaging and some lovely panning going on to throw the music around space. enjoyed listening to this.

it feels alive, a tentative tendril reaching into the darkness, inching ever forward, upward, occasional glimpses of sunlight emerge from behind dense clouds. and then, finally, you reached the top, and you can see the entire world again! very nice work
