She stands and shouts at the delivery guy
He’s blocked the street and she can’t get by
Already late for work t’s her first day
And she has to deal with this jerk who’s in the way

She threatens action, gonna call the police
Anything to move him on, get back to some peace
He carries on as if she’s not even there
He’s got a job to do, please have a care

She tries to get support from people passing by
Most people won’t even look her in the eye
I passed by later in the morning, they had both disappeared
Unusual start to the day, but not really weird, round here
