Liner Notes

#FAWM #FAWM2025 #AvantGarde #poisonerchallenge Finally finished this challenge, and nailed a #skirmish along with it. Autumn Crocus was one of the first prompts given to me this year, as part of the poisonous plant forum. In my research, I found it's nicknames to Be "Meadow Saffron" and "Naked Lady." I heard Korn's "Dead Bodies Everywhere," and thought "Naked Ladies Everywhere," and rolled with it.
I learned a bit about audio stretching, as shown in the end. I've learned quite a bit about recording with Bandlab this FAWM. Which was the goal.

You lie down in a field
Of naked ladies.
Naked Ladies everywhere.
A bit of an alpha male fantasy,
But nothing you can eat.

Meadow Saffron likes to tell jokes.
But she isn’t very funny.
She tried to tell that “Aristocrats” number.
But, Couldn’t top Gilbert Gottfried.
And here we are, a field
Full of naked ladies.
Naked Ladies everywhere.
Our beauty can still exist
Even on the way to winter.

At a time when everything is dying
Is when we start to bloom.
A poison to those around
That does anything but look.
And then, there’s the Naked Ladies.

One day you’ll lie beneath us
But the lilies will still be here
