There's a long essay by EB White where he talks about Saint Patrick's Day being the one holiday that all New Yorkers can't avoid every year. I found myself reading it once while sitting in stopped traffic on a crosstown bus because of the Saint Patrick's Parade. I wish I had had this song to listen to while I was sitting there. I think SoundCloud may have served it up to me several times before I noticed they weren't just repeats in the song. It bears repeating....
