I always remember when my sister heard a nacho cheese joke and tried to tell it to the family but all she remembered was "nacho cheese" and thought that on its own was funny.

This almost gets Weird Al at parts, but also feels like the sort of completely insane Eurovision entry that would go viral for weirdness and everyone getting mad at it being so unserious.

There's a punky vibe to the no-wave synths and catchy, simple chorus that's quite cool. I can picture this song being sung as part of a performance art piece at an alternative hipster venue. :)

Well, I love the title, first of all, because it reminds me of one of my father-in-law's favorite "dad jokes" -- "That's not-yo cheese" was almost always said when we ate nachos. ;) Great puns here, and a kind of threatening sound overall, which I say as a compliment. Love it.
