Liner Notes
Lyrics
I wake to a silence
Where light once whispered secrets to my eyes.
The darkness is thickened
like black ink spilled on a painting of the sky
The silence speaks louder than sight ever could
Blind Awakening
In the stillness of a world that once colorfully bloomed
Blind Awakening
I’m reaching out gently
My hands trace lines in the emptiness of air
There’s nothing to hold as
My grasp might slip through the shadows in myself
The silence speaks louder than sight ever could
Blind Awakening
In the stillness of a world that once colorfully bloomed
Blind Awakening

@jwhanberry
Very descriptive lyrics. The protagonist's feelings are revealed and we can feel it. Good work.

These lyrics are making me feel that they want some epic sounds to support them. Something big, orchestral with a hook theme for the Blind Awakening.

The contrast of the black ink and colorful blooms works really nicely. The imagery of the grasping hands gives it a great sense of loneliness.
