Well, I made it. Sort of…

This is what I get for not testing Jeskola Buzz after the complete re-install of my entire laptop before FAWM starts. Spent all day yesterday ironing out the gremlins from Buzz. Actually ended up re-building my entire "Live" Buzz Project from the ground up. And after all that my Mobius VST looper still isn't playing nice. Oh well, that's half the fun of being a Buzzer (e.g. "Jeskola Buzz User"). The program can be tempermental at times & needs some TLC… c'est la vie 😆 (Oh, & my MIDI setup still isn't working 100% either…)

Anyway, because Mobius didn't want to play nice, I decided to go the Frippertonics route with this one, letting Elogxa's Ellotronix XL v1.4 Frippertonics Emulator do the heavy lifting in this track. I'm just happy I could get this track hashed out. It's a good first start & a test of the new "Live" Setup Project in Buzz. But I'll have to work at finishing fixing the remaining glitches in the system. Again, c'est la vie…

See You In The Shadows…

The first thing that strikes me is the title, cause usually things font get simplified periodically but the opposite. I love the sort of canon that happens in the piece, it happens and it doesn't almost like at any attempt of complicating it gets simplified. However I love this, it feels like a game

First off, I just love the tone of that Strat. Maybe my favorite guitar, and you wield yours so well. This is nice, dreamy yet lively... I like where it gets a bit crunchy around the 4 min. mark. Great study music, I might put this on an hour-long loop and maybe actually finish my math lesson 😄

Solo instrument does not usually work for me but this had the atmosperics to make it a lot special. The echoes all looping round were very nice to listen.
Have no fear it is good music.

Well, I hope you can get your Buzz on soon.....
I'm liking all the space you've left for those tails to decay.
Or just all the space here in general.
Whoa, trippy in my headphones.
All those layers piling up.
Yeah, the "minimal" approach here is great.
I'm enjoying the sharp attack, and then the progressively softer tails flowing out there.
And of course the looooong fadeout bringing us back to Earth.
Well done, bud!

The opening melody is very hooky and stays with you right away, really makes the track connect well, really well done!

@sbs
I listen just for the Strat - lol! Super spacey track, for sure!

I'm listening to this with Sirius. It's really lovely, I got entranced from the outset.
And what makes the experience even more unique is that Sirius is actually watching your sound coming out of the loudspeakers (I think I've told you he sees some frequencies). Watching right, then watching left... As if his eyes were following some living creature in the air...
Glad you won the battle against the gremlins and were able to make that gorgeous track. Looking forward to more.

@dmce
Enjoyed this. Comes together after the minute or so and becomes very introspective.
The beauty of loops

I like to play your awesome sounds @candle. Always lets my imagination run wild, and if I'm lucky find inspiration. Enjoyed listening.
