I initially came up with the hook for this song just over 2 years ago when I first met my partner and it's been in an unfinished state ever since. I wanted to soothe his fears of being in a new relationship whilst also allowing myself to be someone else's rock for a bit.

Well, two years later and we're engaged! YAS THE SONG WORKED! đŸ€Ł He's Spanish, we live in Spain and this is my first song using Spanish đŸ‡Ș🇾

Oh wow, love the emotion in your vocals. Really moving. I think I like the slight "imperfections" (or, better put, expressions) in some of the delivery, makes it feel so much more real and raw. but I just can't get over how you went from that ballad to the Spanish section and then layered the slow on top of the fast and then back to slow and... somehow it worked? That's truly magic.

This is a hundred kinds of wonderful! I just love, Love, LOVE how you start smooth and smoky and then ride that synth into a fast moving Spanish extravaganza! I watched the Grammys the other night and I could easily see this song up on that stage with a fully choreographed dance troupe!! Excellent write and performance and production!

This is so flippin' good. The synth solo is so perfect that I'm actually mad at it.

I was expecting the switch to Spanish. What I was not prepared for was the shift in tempo and percussion to something with a much more latin feel. And the layering at the end is just... ah.

Congrats on the 💍. I tried writing in Spanish for the first time last year but it didn’t sound half as epic as this haha - I loved the injection of pace and that cool as f**k synth solo, I wasn’t ready for all that Spanish flavour you injected into it. Your vocals and harmonies were ace too

Stunning vocal performance in the intro. Beautifully ethereal. The harmonies are really lovely too... then that move into the synth solo and the Spanish section is giving me huge Random Access Memories vibes... so good! The layering of the vocals in this part is unreal, such a great arrangement!
