Skirmish: Love Letters Across Time (@frostbeat)

Liner Notes

Trust Nadia to participate in this theme. Here goes, another sad composition. I don't doubt that some listeners might find it relaxing or even happy, but here is my take on my music: it is about writing letters to someone who will never have the real chance to read them. Thank you for listening and for sharing your own opinion about my music. I appreciate it. I feel that this music could also be in a song / sang A cappella /had spoken word... Please let me know if you are interested in collaborating with me. I'm happy with multi-collaborations or a collaboration with one songwriter. Please kindly share your thoughts with me.

Great melody - the synth keys have a mysterious voicing that works well. I can feel the ache of pouring out thoughts and sentiments to those who may never hear them. Catharsis. Beauty.

This has a mournful feeling that touches my heart, especially given your liner notes. The pacing, phrasing and the melody express deep emotion gorgeously.

"Trust Nadia to participate in this theme. " - 😀 And what we received from it is this lovely reflection on "what will never be". Is it a happy theme? Kinda debatable, I suppose. Is this calming? Check. Is it reflective and relaxing? Check. I think this voice you're using is all kinds of awesome and @raspberry33 has a great idea about adding another musical dynamic to this. Kinda how Enya (I think it was Enya) used to do in the early 00s. Always lovely, dear friend. You can't escape it!

Beautifully melancholy! Somehow, I'm imagining a hip-hop beat underneath with a rap about missed opportunities. If this is of interest, let me know, and perhaps we can collaborate.

Gosh, Nadia. This is so tenderly sad, but so beautiful. Stunning!
