@janeg in my mind 'doggie' was the name cowboys have for cows, but agree that cows don't deserve to be insulted either.

Youmare following world news very well. Far too accurate. I too like the doggie pronunciation except it’s insulting to dogs.

I was considering trying to find my way into this mess, but I don't think anyone can do it better than you just did. Love the traditional form and the "doggie/DOGE" pronuciation. Excellent chorus. Nicely singable.
