#lyricsonly #skirmish My day with myself from morning to bedtime. I started these lyrics before, but working on the music now. So it's not technically a new fresh skirmish song, but thought I'd share the lyrics anyhow to hopefully inspire someone. I will upload music as soon as I get the vocals sung on the track.

This is a lot of little scenes, all making the same point about putting yourself first. I like the stop-and-start feeling this gives.

I love the thought of you snuggling with your stuffed elephant. Nice idea to have time with yourself-so many people are occupied with their phone these days that they've never learned to be with themselves.
