Liner Notes

Here is my first instrumental this FAWM :)

I composed my music to Oracle challenge posted on FAWM 20205 by Cheryl Hodgins@writeandwron https://write.fawm.org/forums/2895#c70981
My challenge was to create a composition to"Movement
This is a time of change and movement and a symbol for wonderful surprises!"

I used my trusty fl studio. My music is open to collaborations. If you like it and you would like to play it with your instrumentation/singing/add spoken word, please let me know. I enjoy collaborating. I can send you my file. Please feel free to send me a message. You can also find me via Bandcamp contact button or Soundcloud. I'm happy with multi-collaborations on this piece if my collaborators are okay but if you prefer it as one collaborating version, I'm okay as well :)

It definitely has the feel of a victory march! Very powerful and full of energy. A really nice take on the card you were drawn. 😃

@cola
Wow, so cool! I can definitely feel the "victorious march" vibe here that others have mentioned. Love this, great way to kick off the month!

Nadia is back in full creative force. Well done!

I really enjoyed this. It makes me feel like you recorded something out of your comfort zone, so cheers to you. I dig the wide range of available interpretations (Nintendo game, march, victory, you name it), it shows how versatile this track is.

@sbs
Perfect song to symbolize a powerful, potentially positive change! Love it!

Nadia, this has such a victorious feeling to it. It's very satisfying to listen to. Well done!

This would have been the music of the best Nintendo game of the 80's.

first of all - i like the combination of the song and the cover art. I animate the image in my head with the music. I like the brightness of the piano, and the bass sounds good. The melody is lovely and I can hear the muse at work, a lot of genuineness in my opinion. The ending is great. congrats on your first song.

This has a definite feel of movement, like a marching army. Great your out the blocks on day one!

Great start! No doubt you got a lot of movement happening. Definitely agree there is a marching element captured!

A big lift out the blocks! Love that almost military feel! Does also have a cool video game vibe! Different nice Nadia!

Wow. This sounds like a triumph ride to victory or discovery....or something just very positive. On horseback, too! Very nicely rendered, Nadia. Most of the music I've come across this AM had been a bit on the downside for obvious and not so obvious reasons. Nevertheless, I appreciate this little pick me up as I get ready to spend the day with my mother. Hope all is well. And looking to hear more from you!

This feels like a call to action. A cool and in-charge song. Nice work, Nadia!

it sounds like a march, but could also be a rallying cry. your music makes me want to get up and do something to change the state of the world. your melodic rhythms make me think of some of the revolutionary movies that ennio morricone scored.
