Formerly "Jordan Sunlight", but I don't music as that anymore and I'm also a woman. Therefore - a person named Rose!
I have been almost exclusively recording on #4_track since March of last year, and this is not likely to change! Expect cool #lofi #indiepop goodness. Some of the assorted instruments I own include the BOSS DR-110, the Mattel Synsonics (both drum machines), the Casio SA-35, the V-Tech Rhythmic 2 (both tiny keyboards), a plastic bugle, an accordion, and assorted percussion and guitars likely to permeate my recordings.
Influences include: They Might Be Giants, JoCo, the Apples in Stereo, Ween, Logan Whitehurst & the Junior Science Club, my friend Marc with a C, Dogbowl, of Montreal, the Frogs, the Beach Boys, sElf, Guided by Voices, Cardiacs, the Beatles, Jeffrey Lewis, the Residents, Daryl Hall & John Oates, Rush, the Unicorns, and so many other artists that I've genuinely lost count.
Forgive the self-shilling, but I also have a CD available by way of (^_^) Records in Alabama, and it would mean a lot to me if you listened to it - it's six songs about my identity, my brain, and animals, and it's pretty darn cool. https://happyfacerecords.bandcamp.com/album/august-demo
