Yesterday, Mahtowin said she wanted to write something "really dark," so I sent her this gloomy guitar track, and she took it from there. As always, I love the way she adds a new dimension to the music with her magical vocals.

Ooh...this is one of my favorites. I wish I still had a good stereo. I feel like it should be cranked up so I actually feel the air vibrate. The repetition at the beginning is powerful--and then I was actually a bit afraid at the end. The shift is the singing is genuinely startling

I love the "Be afraid of our anger, be afraid", sounds like something that belongs in a revolution song.
I really like this, the tone of your voice really fits with the guitar from @ttg105 , beautifully done you two!

The vocals really fit in really well with the slightly anxious guitar line.
Somehow contemplative.
I'm liking the doubled vocals.

Very dark and night timey, the guitar has the sound that fits the vocal stylings, nocturnal imagery surrounds this one!

effective change at midpoint. and then again. i did love the repetition through the first half and was surprised by the change as well as the subsequent changes. and then that final climactic verse when it intensifies doubly. another stellar track by the great pennyfeather and mahtowin.

Ooooh, I love that whispery vocal performance. Reminds me of "Je t’Aime." The guitar is perfect for this. Love the stereo bit at the end. This is oh so creative! Well done, you two!

So much fear. It makes me think that fear is canceled out as a result of the 'fear' experience. 😊 Love the strumming, lyrics, and vocals. Good collaboration by a classic duo!
