I hope you get a chorus behind you. I am signing up for the alto part! So moving. Anthemic and relatable. The song is so beautiful, heartfelt---and real. I hope you find a way to get it out there. It is both gentle and powerfully real

i like how the melody rises and falls with the repetitions of "i am real", it's insistent. i'm left wondering how it might be if it was more jagged? right now the song feels like this plaintive reaching out for connection. is there any anger in there to ground it? Do you even want anger in this? It might not be the place, depends.

A touching song. The simple melody helps to reinforce the point. I would say that this is a song for the current moment, with a lot of people finding that they have the power to claim their identity in the face of official rejection.
