Andrea (@mahtowin) posted a beautiful poem in German (https://write.fawm.org/songs/307035), but the English translation really grabbed me. I used a simple accompaniment and despite being a translation, the words were very evocative. The one German line I used (butchered) from her original poem translates to "Time lingers here..."

I also used the F-Am (I - iii) Challenge for the accompaniment, but with G-Bm shapes along with an Em using a capo on the 5th fret.

Like a moon
in a strange world
the rose hip shines
red
from the branches
of the wild rose

silent beauty
in frozen fog

I breathe out my sleep
a frozen dream
crystal enchanted forest
Soap bubbles in the ice

Time lingers here

We invite
to rest

we build her a bed
made of raven feathers

That simple accomppaniment really works. Gives the vocals room to be expressive. Beautiful lyrics. Like a moment captured in time. Frozen, like a rose in the heart of winter.

I still can't recover from "I breathe out my sleep". The picking is beautifull. I love the raw recording. Suits the lyrics perfectly.
